    today. Once the display lights up, it feels almost like you’re opening the door to the world, with over 2 million pixels jumping to life.

    Where did the earpiece speaker, proximity sensor, 

    and front camera go?

    We explored new frontiers in technology to create an immersive full display design that takes up almost the whole front surface of
    the phone. We stripped away what traditionally used to exist on the front – the earpiece, speaker, and infrared proximity sensor. We
    redesigned a front-facing camera that is 50% smaller than typical ones, reengineered a 17:9 display ratio with rounded corners for
    full content viewing experience, even when soft keys are used.

    Mi MIX is when modern day minimalist design meets traditional ceramic craftsmanship. We have selected micro-crystalline zirconia ceramic as the raw material
    with a hardness similar to sapphire. Under high temperature calcination process, we made it into a full ceramic body that looks and feels great. In the premium
    18K edition, we have also included 18K gold rims around the camera and fingerprint sensor, giving that additional class to its full ceramic body.

    We are one of the few companies that is able to offer fast and cost effective shipping to our customers within the EU. This is due to the unique situation of us being a European company with warehouses in China and Hong Kong, meaning that we have much better knowledge of the European logistics market then our competitors, along with a better understanding of what European consumers want.     If you're not 100% happy with your new product, just let us know within 30 days of delivery and you can return it. Your refund will normally be made within 24 hours of us receiving the return, excluding the costs of shipping. If the product isn't what you expected, we'll happily also arrange an exchange for you.

    FREE Returns for Customers within the EU

    If you want to return your order and you live in any country in the EU we offer FREE returns. We arrange for either collection or a pre-paid label so that you can drop of your parcel at a place convenient for you, like your local post office or convenience store. If we can not arrange for either of these return options to take place we will ask you to return it to our UK warehouse through your local postal service and we will refund all you're shipping costs. Refund are issued within 24 hours of the item arriving at our warhouse.

    Returns Process

    1. Contact our support within 30 days of Receiving your order
    2. We will supply returns details (Address, Returns Slip) and a prepaid label.
    3. You drop off your return or await collection by our courier
    4. We receive them and refund within 24 hours

    Our two warranty repair centers are located in Poland and Portugal. If something goes wrong with any of your items we will fix and repair it for you quickly and efficiently, as long as it is within its warranty, from either one of these repair centers. If our engineers decided that the item can not be fixed at our repair center then it will be flown to China for the repair to take place. We arrange transport free of charge and you can choose which ever method is easiest for you (Pre-Paid Postage, Courier Collection ext)

    If you experience an issue please email us at warranty@thesolutionshop.group and it will be dealt with quickly and efficiently. Once our team has established the cause and problem, they will provide you with a pre-paid label, for your chosen transport service, and then provide you with an information form for our return center. You simply package your phone carefully and include the information form in the package and drop off/ await collection of your parcel. Parcels normally take 2-3 days to get to our centers, repair normally takes 4-5 days and return postage normally takes 3-4 days.

    Unless otherwise noted on the products page, the default product warranty period is one year starting from the date of purchase, during which you are eligible for free repair. If the buyer has damaged/misused the item(s), it will not be eligible for free repair.

    Dead on Arrival (DOA)

    It is extremely unlikely that your item will arrive Dead on Arrival (DOA) as we test and check all items before they leave our fulfillment center in Shenzhen or Hong Kong. But if this does occur you can simply utilize our normal return procedure, means that we pay for and arrange all transport back to our returns center.  As soon as the item arrives at our return centre and the new product will be dispatched from our office in the UK, Poland, Hong Kong or Shenzhen. A 10% refund will then be returned to you as compensation for the delay in receiving a functioning item. If you receive an item DOA please contact any of our support teams (Billing, Shipping, Technical or Warranty) and they will but our DOA policy into action.
